- Menu prices will be guaranteed for not more than ninety (90) days prior to the function date.
- Gratuity is not included in contract and is solely at the discretion of the client.
- In addition to all function charges, the client agrees to pay applicable taxes.
- Menu selection and minimum meal guarantee is due three - five (3-5) days in advance of the meal function. Prices quoted are based on the number of guests originally expected. Should the final attendance decrease 20% or more from the proposed total, the menu prices will be increased by 10% due to food costs.
- Full payment is required in advance, unless the client has made satisfactory credit arrangements. In the event of cancellation by the client, the payment may be held to cover loss of revenue caused by clients guarantee of date.
- Georgetown Corporate shall not be liable for any damages in the event that circumstances beyond the control of Georgetown Corporate interferes with the performance of the function as scheduled. Circumstances which may result in such interference shall include but not be limited to, labor disputes, strikes, government control, restrictions or regulations on travel, site operation, commodities or supplies, accident, acts of war or acts of God.
- Georgetown Corporate reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions if unable to secure specified items. Client will be informed of any changes whenever possible.
- Leftovers will be disposed of at the discretion of Georgetown Corporate.
- Georgetown Corporate is not responsible for the culinary quality or safety of any foods beyond the time span of the function.
- Georgetown Corporate retains the right to refuse to prepare or serve foods provided by the client.
- The client will be responsible for loss or damage to any rental items delivered to event site in advance of contract date.
- The client will be responsible for the cost of any linen stained by candle wax or damaged.
- It is the client's responsibility to give accurate directions and any information regarding parking for the catering vehicle.
